Before you write
A few things we cannot help with, because they never touch our systems:
- Bids, payments and invoices. These live entirely with Copart and IAAI. We do not take bids, hold funds, or have access to your auction account.
- Vehicle collection and shipping. Arranged between you, the auction and your own transporter.
- Membership and licensing. Registration, dealer licences and bidding limits are set by the auctions themselves.
Reporting a bug
The more precise, the faster it gets fixed. Include the lot number, the page you were on, what you expected to see and what you actually saw. A screenshot helps more than a paragraph.
